Otsamo has worked in the industry more or less for the past 10 years and has gained experience on set of productions of all scales - from indie shorts to massive 100M$ international TV series.

As a DoP Otsamo finds himself often looking for the following qualities; contrast, geometry, rythm and motion.

He thinks that respecting the classic art of cinematography while challenging to find new points of view and making use of industry’s latest technical innovations is the way to create imagery that resonates with viewers now and in the future.

His credits include commercial videos for clients like Valio, Pepsi, Otava, Turo and False Dilemma with directors like Kaverikarim, Klaus Härö, Mikko Lehtonen and Juuso Martikainen. He has also shot music videos and promos for Finland’s leading artists like Erika Vikman, Benjamin, Gasellit and Aliisa Syrjä.
